Accountant Full-time

We are looking to hire a highly motivated person to build a career in BPO Industry. This person will work closely with the owner and operations team and will need to display exemplary customer support, time management, efficiency, follow up and follow through.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients and vendors overseeing the company’s AR and AP.

  • Work with the owner and operations manager on a day to day basis
  • Establish & maintain organized, efficient and detailed records.
  • Set up and coordinate follow-up & follow-through with vendors and clients
  • Work to improve organization, efficiency, customer satisfaction & company profit.
  • Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a small office environment – always willing to assist as needed!

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with QuickBooks and or Virtual Merchant
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be highly organized
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with an eye for detail
